Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: A suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences:
Education: High School diploma or equivalency.
Experience: Minimum five (5) years of Tool and Die Making manufacturing plastic molding experience. English language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English. Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Understanding of shop mathematics. Knows metal properties, and can demonstrate layout, machining, and assembly procedures. Physical Demands & Conditions(Applicable to Igloo Operators, Technicians, Leaders, and Other Roles in Manufacturing)Standing & Walking Roles may involve extended periods (up to 12 hours) of standing and walking, including moving at a brisk pace and occasional stair climbing.
