About the role
Total Life seeks an experienced nurse practitioner to lead longevity visits in the El Paso-Las Cruces area, partnering with senior living communities. This in-person contract role centers on comprehensive geriatric assessment, medication review, cognitive health, and coordinated care with primary providers.
You'll start with a brief educational talk for residents, conduct 45–60 minute visits, document per Medicare standards, and travel between communities.
