Talentify is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst for a remote role limited to Florida. You will bridge business users and development teams, support incident and request processes, and gather requirements to translate into user stories and process diagrams.

Requirements include: 2–4 years as a ServiceNow BA, ITIL knowledge, 2+ years on the ServiceNow platform, and familiarity with ITSM areas like Incident, Change, Asset, and CMDB. Certifications such as CSA, ITIL, and CSM are preferred.
