SPD Corporate Relationship Manager Role Manage corporate stock plan relationships for GIAS Clients Assist Morgan Stanley at Work Relationship Managers and Client Success Managers in ongoing equity plan management Assist home office in the processing of on-going equity plan events, with a focus on any off-platform requirements (Executive Sell to Cover, 10b 5-1 plan integration, Trust/entity account allocations, Up-C Unit Exchanges), and the alignment of GIAS solutions with the corporate clients / executives Align solutions to complex / non-standard client requests (Up-C unit administration, Sell to Cover Solutions, Capital Markets Solutions, Non-S-8 Registered Stock Solutions)Facilitate 10b 5-1 plan solutions with GIAS 10b 5-1 Plan Specialists Ensure Client Satisfaction with Morgan Stanley at Work Team and Solution-Set Facilitate high touch service experience for Senior Executives and VIP stakeholders Evaluate and pursue ways to expand reinvestment opportunities with the corporate client and participant base Work with in house reinvestment resources to maximize reinvestment capture, develop and align Advisor and Executive Relationship Manager coverage models. Identify and pursue Corporate Cross-Sale Opportunities (Financial Wellness / Financial Planning, NQDC, Graystone, Corporate Cash, IBD and Capital Market Referral Opportunities, Portfolio Company solutions)Help engage and lead participant engagement opportunities (Equity Education Delivery, Executive Services / 10b 5-1 plan services, Financial Wellness Seminars, Private Wealth Advisor / Financial Advisor Onsite and Office Hours opportunities).
Ideal Candidate:
7-10 years in equity plan administration experience Series 7 & 66 Required Strong Equity Plan Technical / Platform knowledge Knowledge of capital markets, stock registration and trading considerations and solutions Ability to represent the GIAS team in a client facing capacity. Comfortable presenting to plan administrators and participant populations Ability to collaborate with cross functional business partners Ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced environment
