Index Analytics seeks an experienced CBT Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver computer-based training for federal healthcare programs. You will craft learner-centered content using Articulate 360/Storyline 360, ensuring accessibility and Section508 compliance, and supporting LMS delivery and tracking. You will collaborate with program stakeholders and SMEs to identify requirements, build engaging training products, and continuously improve materials for adoption and performance.
