Location: Miami, FL. This is a hybrid opportunity with meaningful flexibility. Attorneys are expected to maintain an active presence in the Miami office, but there is no fixed number of required in-office days.
Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have 3+ years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience, including at least 2 years of experience involving real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.

Job Description: Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions from initial structuring through closing. Represent clients in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage financing documents and transaction agreements. Conduct due diligence and coordinate complex deal processes involving clients, lenders, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders. Advise clients on transactional strategy, risk, and deal structure. Support leasing, development, hospitality, and other real estate matters as experience and client needs require. Manage multiple sophisticated transactions while delivering responsive, high-quality client service. Collaborate closely with partners and other attorneys on complex and high-value matters.
Qualifications: Florida Bar license required.3+ years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience.2+ years of direct experience with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong academic credentials. Major law firm experience preferred. Experience with leasing, development, or hospitality transactions is preferred.
