Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and memorable experiences. This role requires experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in fine dining or event settings.
Duties: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner. Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, including brewing techniques and cocktail preparation. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service. Uphold cleanliness standards in the bar area, including proper food handling practices. Assist with banquet services and catering events as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during service periods.
Qualifications: Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs. A passion for the hospitality industry with an eagerness to learn and engage.
