About the role

CNH Industrial Group, a global leader in agriculture and construction, is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of multiple programs in the Second Generation Electronics architecture roadmap. You will lead cross-functional teams, build and own the program plan, and ensure timely milestones while managing risks and budgets. The role requires a strong engineering background, 10+ years of industry experience with 5+ years in PM, and familiarity with embedded systems and SAFe.
