About the role
Confidential Executive Assistant Opportunity | Northern Virginia Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide support to senior executives in a fast-paced environment. This role will serve as a trusted partner, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling executive communications, and preparing presentations and meeting materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling Prepare executives for meetings and key events Handle correspondence and document requests on behalf of leadership Draft presentations, meeting notes, and executive communications
Qualifications:
