About the role
Bridgeway Partners is looking for a highly organized, proactive professional to support our four partners and help manage the day-to-day details that keep our business running smoothly. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating moving pieces, and taking things off other people's plates. The position will combine executive support, office and building coordination, client scheduling, research, and general project support.
What you’ll do:
Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to Bridgeway’s four partners Coordinate scheduling and logistics with clients and other external contacts Assist with research and special projects as needs arise Help organize meetings, planning activities, and other partner initiatives Manage relationships with building vendors, contractors, and service providers Coordinate office and building maintenance needs and ensure issues are handled through completion Take ownership of miscellaneous operational tasks that keep the office and business running efficiently Anticipate needs, follow up on open items, and make sure important details don’t fall through the cracks

Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive and comfortable figuring things out independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional and comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and senior leadership Able to manage multiple priorities without needing significant oversight Resourceful, dependable, and willing to jump into a wide variety of responsibilities Someone who genuinely enjoys being the person who gets things done
