B2C Sales Team LeaderCity of Industry, California, United StatesJob ResponsibilitiesLead the B2C sales team to meet or exceed revenue targetsManage key national accounts across mass and grocery retailers (e.g., Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, etc.)Develop and execute pricing strategies and manage trade spendOwn and manage account-level P&L to ensure profitability and growthBuild and maintain strong relationships with buyers, brokers, and distributorsPlan and execute retail promotions, product launches, and merchandising resetsAlign closely with internal teams (finance, operations, marketing) on sales planning and executionAnalyze performance data and market trends to guide strategic decisionsRepresent the sales team in retailer meetings, industry trade shows, and internal reviewsQualifications and SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience in CPG sales, preferably in foodStrong knowledge of mainstream retail channels and distributor/broker managementDemonstrated success in pricing strategy and account-level P&L managementExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/sales toolsMust be able to work on-site, Monday through FridayLong-term commitment to company vision and team leadershipKorean language proficiency is a plus but not requiredWillingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or industry eventsBenefitsHealth Insurance - PPO (Medical, Dental, Vision & Life) Paid Holidays (10 Days) Sick Leaves (5 Days) Paid Time Off (10 Days) Lunch Allowance - $300/monthPhone Allowance - $60/month
