About the role
Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Portland to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code, helping train AI systems to think like real developers. You should be proficient in one or more languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript or similar), with solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and clean, readable code. You'll work independently, asynchronously, on a 10–40 hour/week hourly contract.
