About the Role:
The Company is seeking a President to lead its next chapter of growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the business, with a focus on strengthening the team, operating infrastructure, and building the growth capabilities necessary to expand the company's reach. This role requires a leader with significant experience in a founder-led, growth-stage services business, particularly in a premium, relationship-driven service environment. The President will be tasked with improving operational systems, workflows, and technology, as well as leading the administrative team and broader organization to ensure the company's educational quality and personalized experience are maintained. Key responsibilities for the President include enterprise leadership, people leadership, and organizational capacity, as well as growth and business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational and financial management, and a strong background in business and financial acumen. They should be adept at leading revenue growth, business development, and have a meaningful knowledge of tutoring, test preparation, or adjacent student- and family-facing sectors. The role also demands exceptional communication, problem-solving, and people leadership skills, with a focus on building and nurturing relationships with families, schools, and other referral partners. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree, and the candidate should be comfortable with technology and AI applications that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
