About the role
Supporting customers and key accounts in China, the full-time Concierge Customer Specialist will manage the end-to-end customer experience across Customer Support, Quoting, and Order Processing functions, while working remotely with the flexibility to attend training and meetings in either Brussels or London.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the dedicated liaison for key accounts and distributors in China, providing proactive communication and building trust
Manage customer functions including support inquiries, quoting, and order processing, ensuring compliance and timely delivery
Identify customer needs and demand patterns to advise on product or service solutions and resolve complex issues
Required qualifications
Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required
Demonstrable experience in customer support, sales operations, or account management focused on high-value accounts
Flexibility with working hours to support China Standard Time (CST)
Proficiency with CRM systems and strong critical thinking skills for systemic issue resolution
Bachelor's degree and life science experience preferred; equivalent experience considered
