Stock Associate

Role Description: The Stock Associate role at Feste is a full-time, on-site position based in New York, NY. This role is responsible for receiving deliveries, unpacking and organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels in the stockroom and on the sales floor. Day-to-day tasks include processing shipments, restocking shelves, ensuring products are properly labeled and displayed, and monitoring inventory for discrepancies or potential loss. The Stock Associate also supports store operations by keeping back-of-house areas clean and organized, assisting with inventory counts, and communicating with the sales team to ensure product availability. When needed, this role may also assist customers by locating items and providing courteous, professional support.

Qualifications: Demonstrated skills in Shipping & Receiving, including processing deliveries and organizing merchandise. Experience with Inventory Control to track stock levels, support cycle counts, and report discrepancies. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to help safeguard merchandise and reduce shrink. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with team members and assist shoppers when needed. Ability to lift, move, and stock 25 lbs. of merchandise safely and efficiently, often on your feet for extended periods. Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail or stockroom experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn and follow established procedures. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Pay$19.50/hr
