About the role
Randolph-Macon College invites applications for a full-time Assistant Barn Manager to join the Equestrian Center. The role supports horse care, pasture and facility maintenance, and supervision of staff at the Ashland, VA campus. The Center features 70 acres of pasture, space for 56 horses, an indoor arena and multiple outdoor areas. Weekend/holiday coverage is required as essential personnel to ensure a safe, well-run operation.
