About the role

GCS Recruitment is seeking a Network Technician / Fiber Engineer to support and maintain fiber optic and telecommunications network infrastructure. This hands-on role covers troubleshooting, testing, installation, maintenance, and service restoration across transport and IP networks. The ideal candidate will have experience with fiber optics, OTDR testing, and Ethernet/IP networking, and will perform preventive maintenance while updating logs and documentation to ensure reliable operations.
