About the role

The YMCA of Greater Cleveland is seeking a Lead Teacher to manage childcare programs across Northeast Ohio locations. You will create lesson plans, maintain records, ensure licensure compliance, and travel as needed to support branch sites. You will work under the Site Director to provide high-quality care, build strong relationships with families, and promote YMCA curriculum guidelines while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.
