About the role
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Taxpayer Assistance Technician in the Bureau of Collections and Taxpayer Services to provide clear explanations of PA tax laws and regulations. You will analyze accounts, assist taxpayers, and support training of seasonal personnel in tax programs. Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Telework may be available part-time; if not, you may report to the Pittsburgh headquarters.
