About the role
Production Associate - 1st Shift Neenah, WI $17.00/hour 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Overtime available until 4:30 PM as needed Join one of the largest toddler mattress producers in the United States! We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our production team in Neenah. This position offers hands-on manufacturing experience, cross-training opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
Position Overview:
Production Associates work in one primary area while receiving cross-training in multiple departments to support production needs.
Responsibilities:
Lay out production materials, including springs and fillers Operate tools used to secure springs and filler materials Pull fabric over products and operate vacuum equipment Package finished products into plastic bags or cardboard boxes Heat seal and label finished products for shipment Stack finished products onto pallets for shipping Measure and cut fabric according to product specifications (as trained)Assist with loading and unloading trucks and staging materials in the warehouse
Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:
May be required to lift up to 40 pounds. Occasional bending and stooping. Will stand for the entire shift and move about the production area.
