Quad Med is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join ourteam in Advance, NC!Work with a team-oriented staff to provide quality care to employees and their dependents. Schedule: 2 12hr shifts OR 3 - 12 hr shifts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience Ability to work independently Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)Active and unrestricted applicable licensure Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hireNPI & DEACurrent National Board Certification May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location.
