The Allen Agency is looking for motivated individuals interested in building a flexible career within the insurance industry. This is not a traditional 9-to-5 office role. We are seeking individuals who are comfortable working independently, enjoy helping people, and are motivated by personal growth and income potential. Many of our agents come from backgrounds such as customer service, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or other people-focused industries.

In this role, you will:
Speak with individuals interested in insurance coverage
Help clients understand available protection options

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity
Compensation is commission-based
Licensing is required before selling policies
No prior insurance experience is required
Training and licensing support are provided
