About the role
To support a growing practice, the full-time Client Accounting Advisor will serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of 60-75 clients, delivering proactive insights and strategic guidance while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients, building deep knowledge of their business and financial performance
Translate financial data into actionable insights, providing recommendations for growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
Deliver high-quality responses to client inquiries and coordinate across internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Required Qualifications:
5-8+ years of experience in client-facing accounting, advisory, or consulting roles
Demonstrated experience managing a client portfolio or book of business
Strong understanding of financial statements and business performance drivers
Familiarity with tax concepts and their impact on business decisions
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and financial reporting tools preferred
