About the role
Digital Talent Manager — Influencer/Creator New York City | Office-based | $70,000–$105,000 base + commission We’re working with a boutique digital talent management agency in New York looking to hire a Senior Talent Manager or Talent Manager to join its growing team. The agency takes a high-touch approach to representation, working closely with creators across brand partnerships, commercial strategy and long-term career development. As a smaller business, Talent Managers have genuine ownership of their roster and the opportunity to play a visible role in the growth of both their clients and the wider agency. The business is founder-led, with an entertainment and data-led background at its core, and is particularly focused on building sustainable creator careers rather than simply facilitating individual brand deals.
The Role:
You’ll manage a roster of digital creators and act as the central point of contact across their commercial and career development.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing day-to-day relationships with a roster of digital creators Identifying and negotiating brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities Proactively pitching talent to brands, agencies and commercial partners Managing inbound partnership opportunities from initial enquiry through negotiation and delivery Supporting creators with longer-term career and commercial strategy Developing strong relationships with brand and agency contacts Helping identify and sign new talent to the agency Working closely with internal leadership on roster development and wider agency growth Ensuring creators are supported throughout campaigns while protecting their long-term interests Keeping on top of the creator, social media and influencer marketing landscape What They’re Looking For You should already have experience working in digital talent management or creator representation. They’re particularly interested in people who can demonstrate: Experience managing social-first creators or influencers Strong understanding of brand partnerships and creator monetisation Confidence negotiating commercial agreements Existing relationships across brands, agencies and the creator industry Ability to proactively generate opportunities rather than relying entirely on inbound deals Strong creator relationship management Good commercial judgement and organisationA genuine interest in helping creators build long-term careers This would suit someone currently working within a larger agency who wants more ownership, or someone already working within a boutique environment who wants to join a growing business. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
