Mechanical Assembler Industrial Mechanical Assembly Technician Pay: $18–$27/hr (DOE)
Location: Tulsa Area Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Integrity Staffing is hiring Mechanical Assembly Technicians for a well-established Tulsa manufacturing company. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and building complex equipment from the ground up. You'll work on detailed, craftsman-style builds with up to 100 parts per workstation, including vehicle track systems and hydraulic components such as diesel engines, pumps, and hoses.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assemble medium to large mechanical equipment and components
  • Work with hydraulic systems, diesel engines, pumps, hoses, and track systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Inspect assemblies to ensure proper fit, function, and quality
  • Perform troubleshooting during the assembly process
  • Climb onto and into equipment as needed to complete builds
  • Assist with on-site equipment setup, repairs, and troubleshooting at customer locations (domestic travel required)
What We're Looking For:
  • 2 years of technical or vocational education preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic assemblies
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel domestically when needed
Physical Requirements:
  • Standing, bending, squatting, and climbing for approximately 95% of the shift
  • Frequent climbing on or into equipment
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and hold parts up to 50 lbs (lifting devices used when possible)
  • Ability to work in tight or confined spaces around machinery
