Painter III - Paint Lead

Responsibilities: Paint Support IComply with the company/site safety rules. Maintain clean work environment. Follow and complete the supervised established procedures, processes, and policies. Efficiently load (hang) and unload raw parts from the paint line. Knowledge and understanding of the impacts of quality. Additional duties as assigned. Paint Support IIAll Level I responsibilities. Line setting. Understanding of packaged parts. Communicates with material handlers and maintenance. Complete supervised maintenance activities. Additional duties as assigned. Paint Support IIIAll Level I & Level II responsibilities. Sets up and runs the board. Acts as trainer for department. Operates with expectation of zero defects. Escalates appropriately. Identifies safety hazards and actively promotes safety. Additional duties as assigned.
