About the role
You will be joining a quantitative hedge fund where technology is not a support function, it is the business. The problems you work on here are genuinely difficult, the kind that do not have obvious answers and require serious engineering thinking to solve. You work alongside some of the best engineering talent in the world, and that raises the bar for everyone. As Kubernetes Tech Lead, you take real ownership of the platform. You are not a pair of hands executing a roadmap handed down from above. You shape the direction, make the calls, and see the results of your decisions in production. The infrastructure here is advanced, the standards are high, and the environment rewards people who care deeply about doing things properly. You will bring expert-level Kubernetes knowledge and strong development skills in Python, Java, or Go. You are comfortable with cloud infrastructure, ideally GCP, though AWS or Azure experience translates well. You know how to build and manage infrastructure as code and you treat that as a default, not an afterthought. This is a senior role, so you have been around long enough to know what good looks like and to push back when it does not. Ready to own something that actually matters? Apply now.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
