About the role

Communication Technology Services (CTS) is seeking a System Performance Engineer I for Southern California. This entry-level role focuses on field-based tasks, including commissioning and optimization of DAS and repeaters, data collection, and basic troubleshooting. You will be paired with a senior engineer, travel up to 90% in the field, and rapidly learn RF concepts, systems, and standard testing equipment to support deployments across enterprise networks.
