This is a client-facing, full-lifecycle role for someone who thrives owning delivery end to end — from discovery through go-live and hypercare — across a varied portfolio of mid-market and enterprise engagements.
THE ROLE:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CRM implementation projects, from kickoff through go-live and hypercare. Own project scope, schedule, budget, and risk/issue management, applying a structured methodology (Sure Step, Success by Design, Agile, or the partner's own delivery framework).Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, coordinating functional and technical consultants across onshore and offshore delivery teams. Run requirements workshops, sprint ceremonies, steering committee updates, and status reporting. Manage resourcing and prioritization across multiple concurrent client engagements. Manage change requests, SOWs, and scope control, escalating and resolving risks before they threaten timeline or budget. Mentor project coordinators and junior PMs as the delivery practice scales. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR5+ years of project management experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations (Finance & Operations, Business Central, or Customer Engagement/CRM).Experience gained within a Microsoft Partner, VAR, or systems integrator environment strongly preferred. A track record of full-lifecycle delivery with multiple successful go-lives. Solid grounding in ERP/CRM implementation methodology and formal project governance. PMP, CSM, or an equivalent project management certification is a plus. Excellent client-facing communication skills and confidence managing senior stakeholders. Hands-on experience owning budgets, SOWs, and change-order management. Based in the United States and able to work core US business hours; open to remote candidates nationwide.
NICE TO HAVE:
Delivery experience spanning more than one Dynamics 365 product (e.g., F&O plus CE, or Business Central plus Power Platform).Industry background in manufacturing, distribution, or professional services. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS), or a comparable PSA/delivery toolset.
