About the role

Waters Corporation seeks a Director of HRIS with deep SAP SuccessFactors HCM expertise to lead our HR technology initiatives and a global HRIS team. The role oversees SF configuration, optimization, and administration while aligning with HR strategies. Hybrid work is available (Milford, MA on-site 3 days/week; New Castle, DE alternative). The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of HRIS leadership, strong HR process knowledge, and a track record of successful system upgrades and integrations.
