About the role
To support a growing behavioral healthcare organization, the full-time salaried Vice President of Technology will lead the transformation of technology functions, focusing on building scalable systems, managing IT operations, and driving AI adoption while working remotely with occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the enterprise technology roadmap aligned with clinical and operational objectives
Manage IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across multi-state operations
Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including 3-5 years in a VP or senior director role
Proven experience in building and scaling technology organizations, particularly in healthcare
Deep fluency in AI with practical experience in implementing enterprise AI solutions
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data governance frameworks
Strong financial acumen with experience managing a technology budget
