About the role
?? NOW HIRING: QUALITY CONTROL OPERATOR?? Salem, OH?? Full-Time | Manufacturing Mancan Staffing is looking for a Quality Control Operator to join a local manufacturing facility in Salem!
Job Duties:
Perform quality control and inspection tasks.
Operate light machinery and equipment.
Measure parts using micrometers and calipers.
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and tight tolerances.
Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate and consistent quality throughout production.
What We're Looking For:
Previous quality control or manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience using micrometers and calipers is a plus.
Ability to work with tight tolerances.
Strong attention to detail.
Good attendance and reliability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
