About the role
We’re looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support and improve production lines within a manufacturing/assembly environment. Key focus areas:• Production process development & improvement• Lean Manufacturing & continuous improvement• Root cause analysis & troubleshooting• Production equipment & line optimization• Standard Work Instructions & technical documentation• Cost reduction and efficiency improvements• Capital improvement & equipment upgrade projects• Cross-functional work with Production, Quality & Maintenance📍 Full-time onsite – Tipton, PA🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required💼 4–6 years of manufacturing experience preferred
