JD Strong understanding of OCM frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent).Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage ambiguity and navigate complex, large scale transformations. Experience managing change across digital, IT, process, or organizational transformations. Strong facilitation and presentation skills for workshops and leadership sessions. Analytical skills to assess impact, readiness, and adoption risks. The Organization Change Management (OCM) Lead/Manager is responsible for planning, designing, and executing change management strategies that enable successful adoption of business, technology, and process transformations. This role focuses on the people side of change, ensuring stakeholders are prepared, engaged, and equipped to transition effectively.
Job Summary:
To ensure the crafted business solution reflects a comprehensive perspective across all processes within the assigned domain, at the same time maximize business horizons targeting EN and NN opportunities for a specific micro-vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
To lead domain-oriented solutions for all EN and NN opportunities within the micro-vertical To interface with external customer stakeholders and internal sales and delivery leaders to identify business opportunities To contribute towards development micro-vertical practice through enhanced capabilities and market facing propositions To continually update oneself through market research, contribution to business cases and market collaterals, developing white papers and attending conferences To develop and guide Business Analysts for their career progression/ skill enhancement and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
