About the role
Energy Transfer in Texas seeks a Manager - Plant to lead daily plant operations, meet production targets, and keep performance within equipment design limits. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in the industry, with a strong safety focus and ability to serve as a PSM lead or close partner to the Plant Supervisor. Knowledge of gas processing equipment and regulatory compliance is preferred.
