Job TitleLead ground-up multifamily projects across South FloridaJob DescriptionLead the planning and execution of ground-up multifamily construction projects. Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls. Oversee contract administration and subcontractor management. Review and negotiate change orders. Develop and maintain project schedules and key milestones. Coordinate with architects, engineers, ownership groups, and municipalities. Identify and mitigate project risks. Ground-up multifamily construction experience required. Experience delivering projects valued at $20M+ preferred. Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar software. Stable work history with strong tenure.
