About the Job:
We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable, detailed-oriented, hard-working, Full-Time Team Member, with good communication skills to join our team. We have a family type environment because of the small number of employees. We need someone who can work well with other as well as work independently once they have mastered their job duties. You will wear many hats in this position. From filling and packing retail and wholesale orders, prepping and assembling products, loading boxes on to carts for pick up, bagging hay to taking out the trash. We have just moved to a nice warehouse/office that we continually strive to improve.
Job Responsibilities:
Product assembly Stocking incoming products on shelves for picking Reading and deciphering packing slips Pick and Pack orders Take out product packaging trash and keep area clean
Qualifications:
Reliable (We're a small team and depend on each other)Ability to work autonomously without continuous direction Ability to stand and be on the move Willing to do the little extra things to keep things neat and organized Ability to work with other in a small team environment Ability to multi-task (you'll wear many hats, you won't be bored)Ability to lift heavy boxes Great communication skills
Pay: Competitive hourly pay ($19.50 per hour to start)
Hours: 40 hours a week - Weekdays Only.
Schedule:
Possible Flexible hours once we can depend on you. However to start, we will need start time to be no later 7am.
