RTX is seeking an HR Business Partner - Engineering at our East Hartford, CT facility for a hybrid role. You will partner with senior leaders to drive talent strategy, support major organizational initiatives, and build capability across engineering teams. Travel up to 25% may be required to support business needs. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in HR with 10+ years of progressive HR experience or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years, and must be a U.S. citizen to access contract information.
