Role Description: The Jewelry Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site position based in West Palm Beach, FL. In this role, the associate engages clients on the sales floor, presents jewelry and timepieces, and provides knowledgeable guidance to support purchasing decisions. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, conducting product demonstrations, handling sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records in the point-of-sale system. The associate ensures showcases are clean, organized, and properly merchandised, while supporting inventory checks and special orders. This role also focuses on building long-term client relationships, following up on inquiries, and contributing to a positive, professional store environment.
Qualifications: Strong Communication skills to engage clients, explain product features, and collaborate effectively with team members. Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills to provide personalized support and foster repeat business. Retail Sales experience, preferably in jewelry, luxury goods, or high-end retail environments. Ability to learn and retain detailed product knowledge about gemstones, metals, and timepieces. Attention to detail, integrity in handling transactions, and professional presentation. Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing role and standing for extended periods. Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard office software. High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or jewelry-specific training (e.g., GIA courses) is a plus.
