About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist II to support a growing HR organization within a Fortune 100 company. This role will provide day-to-day HR support, manage employee cases, and partner with business leaders across a variety of employee relations and HR matters. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with hands-on HR case management experience, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively coach and consult with managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR cases and employee inquiries from intake through resolution
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and general HR matters
  • Conduct workplace investigations and document findings
  • Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and coaching
  • Research and interpret HR policies, procedures, and employment practices
  • Collect and analyze HR information and provide recommendations
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and follow established procedures
  • Collaborate with HR partners and internal stakeholders on projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant Human Resources experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with HR case management and problem solving
  • Experience coaching or consulting with employees and/or business leaders
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters independently Experience within a large, complex, or matrixed organization and knowledge of employment and labor laws are considered strong assets.
