About the role
TRANSTEX is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, high-potential sales professional to join our Director of Sales – Trainee Program in the Central U.S.This six-month paid training program is designed to provide hands-on exposure to our products, customers, markets, and sales strategies, preparing the successful candidate to take on greater responsibility within our sales organization.
What You’ll Do:
Learn TRANSTEX products, customers, and markets Build relationships with fleets, distributors, and OEM truck and trailer dealerships Participate in customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations Develop territory management, negotiation, and strategic selling skills Support business development and territory growth Travel frequently throughout the Central U.S., including overnight travel
What We’re Looking For:
Ambitious, competitive, and results-driven Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Organized, professional, and eager to learn Demonstrated track record of achievement Willing and able to travel weekly Must reside within the Central U.S. region Experience in transportation, trucking, automotive, or B2B sales is an asset, but not required.
