About the Opportunity: Talent Focus is partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of its Washington, DC office. This is a pivotal role combining office management, human resources and business operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a professional, efficient and productive working environment. Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations and HR administration. Support performance management, employee development and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Coordinate office facilities, vendors, maintenance, purchasing and space planning. Manage office budgets, operational reporting and administrative processes. Act as the key liaison between the office and senior leadership. Maintain HR records and handle confidential information with discretion. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement best practices. Support office events, business initiatives and cross-functional projects.
About You: We're looking for a proactive and highly organized professional who enjoys balancing people, operations and administration. You'll ideally have: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.10+ years' experience in HR, office management, operations or business administration. Experience within a professional services environment is essential. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation and employee relations. Experience managing office operations, facilities and administrative functions. Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms. The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality. Why Apply?
