About the role

Happy Global Inc. is seeking a Category Lead / Category Operations Lead to drive growth and commercial performance in the U.S. market. You will own category strategy, GMV growth, merchant and brand development, and overall business results, working onsite in New York or Los Angeles. This mid-senior role requires strong analytical, stakeholder-management skills, hands-on P&L ownership, and experience with major e-commerce platforms.
