Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and in person regarding projects, service schedules, orders, and account information. Enter, update, and maintain customer records, job details, and service requests in internal systems. Coordinate with project managers, field staff, vendors, and dispatch teams to provide timely updates to customers. Process work orders, invoices, purchase orders, and other construction-related documentation. Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when needed. Track order status, material deliveries, and appointment schedules to ensure accurate communication. Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and preparing reports. Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures for recordkeeping and customer communication.
