About the role

AGL Services Company is seeking an Instructional Designer II to apply instructional design and adult learning principles across analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning deliverables for Field Operations. Emphasis on OSHA, DOT, welding and regulatory training will guide course creation and updates. The role requires creating instructor-led and computer-based trainings, design documents, scripts, and storyboards that align with business goals and regulatory
