Loadout Operator Insight Global is seeking two Loadout Operators to support a large-scale biodiesel facility in Seneca, IL. This is a hands-on, physically active role focused on the safe loading, unloading, and movement of liquid products throughout the facility. Responsibilities include verifying trucks are safely isolated, opening tanker manways, connecting and disconnecting hoses, assisting with truck and railcar loading and unloading activities, monitoring loading operations, operating around safe racks and loading equipment, supporting control room operators, and performing general terminal and loadout duties. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, climbing stairs and tanker trucks, walking throughout the facility, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with potential overtime and weekend work based on production demands. Pay ranges from $18-$22/hour, and the contract is expected to last at least through the end of the year, with potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
