Job DescriptionMulti-state design firm is seeking a Site Design Project Manager for their team in Lincoln!Responsibilities:Manage financial success of projects through the development of project scopes, schedules, and budgetsEnsure projects completed on a timely basisManages complex contract negotiationsLead the execution of project plansAssemble/manage project teamsCoordinate availability of internal resourcesAssign individual responsibilities ensuring technical skills, capabilities, and expertise align with project objectivesEnsure deliverables fall within established scope, schedule, and budget through monitoring progress and measuring project performanceManage change requests, execute risk management techniques, and implement strategies to minimize negative financial impact to the projectCoordinate detailed reviews of technical workBuild/maintain client relationshipsDocument all project deliverables and maintain comprehensive records including correspondence, design plans, and other project related filesMentor/train junior staffResponsibilities:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture6+ years of experience in site design and developmentProfessional Engineer (PE) or Landscape ArchitectProject management experience including scope, schedule, and budget controlExperience with AutoCAD Civil 3DSalary is commensurate with experience.Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to protected veteran status, disability, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.Please contact Laura Harrison for further information!www.harrisonconsultingsolutions.com517-906-6926
