About the role
- Current licensure or license-eligible status as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in Tennessee or Arizona or have a compact elligible state license.
- Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health field.
- Demonstrated experience providing individual and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, Play Therapy)
- Strong skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries, uphold client confidentiality, and work effectively with diverse populations.
- Comfort working in a hybrid model, including in-person sessions in either Phoenix, AZ or Knoxville, TN and remote sessions when appropriate.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a consistent caseload.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and basic technology used for telehealth services.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, supervision or consultation, and adherence to applicable professional codes of ethics.
