Griffin Health in Derby, CT seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for the Endocrinology service. In this outpatient role you will perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnose and manage diabetes and endocrine disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans while educating patients on medications and self-care. The ideal candidate has NP/PA training and at least 3 years in endocrinology, with active licensure and strong clinical skills; board certification and gestational diabetes
