Position SummaryThe Digital Transformation Business Analyst (BA) acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure successful digital initiatives. This role is responsible for analyzing current processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the design and implementation of digital solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience. The BA works closely with Digital Transformation Consultants, IT teams, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirementsGathering & Analysis Collaborate with business units to identify digital transformation needs and opportunities. Document functional and non-functional requirements for digital initiatives, automation, and technology adoption. Analyze "as-is" business processes and define "to-be" workflows aligned with strategic objectives. Solution Support & Evaluation Support Digital Transformation Consultants and IT teams in evaluating digital tools and platforms.Assist in designing workflows, dashboards, and reports to ensure solutions meet business objectives. Help define KPIs and success metrics to track the impact of digital initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and external vendors during project execution. Communicate technical concepts in a clear and actionable manner for non-technical stakeholders.Testing & Validation Participate in testing digital solutions to ensure they meet documented requirements. Validate outputs from automation, analytics, or software implementations. Document issues, enhancements, and improvements for future iterations. Continuous Improvement & Research Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest optimizations. Stay informed about emerging digital technologies, automation tools, and best practices. Assist in developing roadmaps for ongoing digital transformation initiatives.QualificationsRequired 2–5+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in IT or digital transformation projects. Strong understanding of business process analysis, documentation, and requirements gathering. Familiarity with digital technologies such as cloud platforms, AI/ML, RPA, and analytics tools. Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.PreferredKnowledge of process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma). Experience with digital transformation initiatives in large enterprises. Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or other project management platforms. Exposure to emerging technologies such as IoT, AR/VR, blockchain, and edge computing.
